FMT designs and manufactures innovative automated aqueous parts washer systems that reduce cycle times and improve product quality. Our goal is to provide manufacturing solutions that offer the highest efficiency at the lowest cost per part.

Every step of the designing and manufacturing process takes place in-house, ensuring that you will receive the high quality service of an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, from start to finish.

FMT applies industry-leading engineering and technology to provide a total automation solution, whether you require single stage automation, or a turnkey manufacturing system that will integrate with your existing production equipment. FMT products and technology can be custom engineered for even your most unique manufacturing application.

Integrated Washers

FMT’s Integrated Cleaning Systems are custom solutions that integrate aqueous parts cleaning technology with a broad range of other processes, including automation and other post-machining processes. Our engineers take a thorough systems approach to design an innovative solution to maximize productivity and profitability with the shortest lead-time possible. We offer many different options and features with our integrated parts washers, making our systems highly flexible and adaptable to suit even the most specific production needs.

Regardless of the scale of the project, we continue to abide by three fundamental principles to successfully partner with our customers when developing an appropriate automation process. These components are:

  1. Clearly define and communicate the business objective(s)
  2. Determine the necessary technology required to meet the defined objectives
  3. Balance applied innovation by determining its impact on cost and schedule.
