FMT conveyor belt style parts washers (also known as tunnel spray washers or in-line parts washers) provide effective part cleaning and drying to meet your production cleaning requirements. Conveyor belt parts washing is best suited for high-volume production and in-line cleaning applications. These cleaning systems are available in single or multi-stage configuration, which includes the following options: Washing, rinsing, drying, phosphating, rust-inhibiting, automatic chip removal, continuous or indexing, multi-lane, custom part fixturing, oil separation, sludge collection, variable speed drive, automatic chemical make-up, and noise attenuation.

Conveyor belt washers can accommodate a wide variety of part sizes and geometries using standard open weave conveyor belts or custom designed fixtures. FMT Belt Washers are used to clean a wide range of components and parts used in the automotive, appliance, aerospace, and electronics industries. Typical Belt Washer sizes range from 8” to 72” in belt width (custom sizes available). Manual or automatic load and unload systems are available.
