The FMT, Inc. Direct Clean 200 Parts Washer provides the most efficient washing, rinsing, and drying of parts in a single cell on the market today. This system can double the production rate of traditional rotary basket parts washer systems while improving the cleaning standards demanded by industry.

The DC 200 Parts cleaning system utilizes a high volume of solution sprayed directly onto the parts INSIDE the basket rather than THROUGH the basket to the parts. The system can be used as a single cell system with standard baskets or can also be used to process containerized parts of fixtured loads.

It is available in 2, 4, and 6 basket units. Customized units are available upon request. FMT also offers options for special fixtures, ultrasonics, oil coalescer, and steam or natural gas heat.
