FMT Rotary Basket style parts washers provide effective part cleaning and drying to meet your production cleaning requirements. Rotary Basket Washers are best suited for batch, precision, and ultrasonic cleaning.

Systems are available in single or multi-stage configurations to suit virtually any type of cleaning application. Multi-stage configuration options include spray/immersion wash and rinse, line rinse and dry, ultrasonic wash and rinse, oil separation, rust inhibiting, and additional wet stages.

The rotating basket fixture can be designed to accommodate a wide variety of part sizes and geometries using standard or specially designed baskets. Some examples of parts cleaned using the Rotary Basket parts washer include fuel injection components, hydraulic valve bodies, and bulk machined parts. Typical Rotary Basket washers are available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 basket capacities (we also offer custom capacities). Manual or automatic load and unload systems are available. Ultrasonic parts cleaning technology may also be integrated into our Rotary Basket Washers to achieve precision cleaning specifications not available via other applications.
