FMT Rotary Drum Style Parts Washers provide effective part cleaning and drying to meet your high-production cleaning requirements. Rotary Drum Washers are best suited for high-volume production, and continuous in-line cleaning of small parts.

Drum Washer systems are available in single or multi-stage configurations to suit virtually any type of cleaning application including washing, rinsing, phosphating, rust-inhibiting, and drying. Rotary drum washers can also include dual drums for part segregation, and can incorporate immersion and spray cleaning systems.

Rotary Drum parts washers can accommodate a wide variety of part sizes and geometries using a perforated drum designed to process the necessary solution to clean, rinse and dry the parts. Some examples of parts cleaned using FMT Rotary Drum Washers include fasteners, stampings, fittings, and chain links. Typical Drum sizes range from 12” to 72” in diameter, with custom sizes available. Manual or automatic load and unload systems are available.
